I keep checking the official news for updates, but it’s just not reliable. Sometimes things show up late, sometimes they’re unclear, and sometimes it feels like nothing is updated at all. It’s frustrating, really frustrating, when you’re trying to stay informed...

I mostly use the site to check tour dates and catch up on news, and yeah, it usually does what I need it to do. Totally fine. Sometimes it feels a bit slow or like the updates could come in faster, but it’s not a huge deal or anything. It’s nice to have as a fan, I just wish there was more to look through when I’m on there

"Returns are way more hassle than they should be"
I tried to exchange a hoodie for a different size and it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. It took days to hear back, then the instructions were vague and I kept getting bounced around like no one really knew what I was supposed to do.

By the time someone finally gave me a clear answer, the size I wanted was already sold out. So now I’m stuck with a hoodie that doesn’t fit, I definitely won’t be ordering merch from here again.

I got the order confirmation email, but it was way more confusing than it needed to be. It didn’t clearly show what I bought or when it was supposed to ship, so I had to click around and even check my bank account to make sure the order actually went through. Like, give me a break, just put the important details in one place. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but it was definitely annoying.

"Loads Fast and Feels Easy to Use"
I’ve had a really good experience with the site so far. It loads quickly for me, even when I’m on my phone, which is such a relief when I’m trying to check tour dates or merch without waiting around forever. A couple of images took an extra second once, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, it feels smooth, simple, and really pleasant to use.

"Good merch, but shipping was really slow"
the shirt itself is totally fine. I ordered it to Germany and it did show up in good condition, with no damage to the package or anything like that.
The annoying part was the shipping. It took ages, and the tracking didn’t update for about a week, so I had no clue where it was. Not a terrible experience overall, but clearer delivery updates would’ve made it way less frustrating.

I was excited for this shirt to show up, but when I opened the package it was a completely different one than what I ordered. At first I thought maybe I clicked the wrong thing, but nope. Wrong shirt. Totally annoying.

I love the shirt I got. The design is simple, but it still stands out enough that it feels very me. I’ve already had people compliment it, which obviously made me like it even more. Happy with this one.
